Summary:
As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, documenting technical designs and specifications is a key part of the daily routine. Continuous research to integrate the latest content and improvements into websites is also essential, contributing to an engaging and up-to-date user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of web components.
- Maintain and update documentation to reflect changes and enhancements in web applications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously monitor web application performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with IBM CICS (Customer Information Control System), IBM Db2, Virtual Storage Access Method (VSAM).
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and development lifecycle.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex application issues.
- Ability to work with legacy systems and integrate them with modern web technologies.
- Familiarity with database management and data retrieval techniques related to mainframe environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
