Introducing a new role at MECCA Chadstone the Visual Merchandise Specialist will help bring our brands, products and campaigns to life through inspiring and creative visual merchandising.  They will collaborate with our passionate team to maintain excellence across all visual merchandising spaces, drive creative and commercial success, and create an elevated in-store experiences for our customers to explore the best of beauty.  

Day-to-day responsibilities: 

As an Visual Merchandise Specialist, you will work on part-time basis.

• Deliver exceptional visual merchandising (VM) standards to create an inspiring and navigable customer experience. 

• Collaborate with the VM and store teams to execute world-class VM promotional campaigns, activations, and brand activities, ensuring cohesive and visionary displays. 

• Maintain meticulous VM standards across all store areas, proactively seeking improvements and ensuring excellence in displays, pricing, and tester maintenance. 

• Identify and drive VM commercial opportunities, support high-standard campaign execution, plan new product rollouts, and understand key KPIs to drive store performance. 

What you will bring to this role: 

• Proven experience executing in-store VM displays, installations, and campaign activations in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring daily excellence in Visual Merchandising standards. 

• Demonstrated ability from past roles to create inspiring and navigable customer experiences, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and consistently driving commercial results. 

• Confident communicator and team player with a history of embracing feedback, actively seeking improvement opportunities, and effectively collaborating with store and VM teams.
