一、间接物料管理

• 按照部门需求，及时发出间接物料采购需求。
• 监控并订购办公用品、茶歇物资，维护供应商关系，控制成本。

二、办公环境与设施管理

• 监督办公空间布局，协调家具、打印机、网络安装，更新工位牌，更新公司文化宣传海报。
• 协助主管管理行政设施餐厅、员工更衣区维护计划，跟进维修、保养处理，确保办公环境符合安全及卫生标准。

三、后勤服务管理

• 保洁服务管理：监督清洁团队工作质量，管理清洁用品采购，定期检查办公环境。
• 餐饮服务管理：管理茶歇区、员工餐饮服务，确保食品安全和供应及时，协调供应商提高餐饮服务。
• 班车服务管理：更新班车路线，班车安全检查。
• 劳保用品管理： 管理部门劳保用品损耗，采购劳保用品，及时补充库存。

四、系统维护

• 负责维护行政办公自动化流程，Leanflow，Power App 。
• 员工门禁系统管理，入离职员工门禁卡制作。

任职要求

• 大专及以上学历，行政管理或人力资源相关专业优先。
• 熟悉办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint，Power BI, Power Apps），具备良好的沟通协调能力。
• 有行政经验优先。
