We are a leading provider of innovative video and conference solutions tailored to modern meeting rooms and collaborative spaces. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Video & Conference Solutions Sales. This role will be essential in driving the sales of our cutting-edge technologies while ensuring optimal design solutions for meeting rooms and conference setups.


Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Business Development

◦ Identify and develop new business opportunities within the video conferencing and meeting room solutions sector.
◦ Engage with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges in meeting room setups.
◦ Create customized video and conference solution proposals, including hardware, software, and integration services.
◦ Present and demonstrate products, driving sales through persuasive presentations, consultations, and product demos.
◦ Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

• Solution Design & Consultation
◦ Work closely with clients to design video conferencing solutions that fit their meeting room requirements and budget.
◦ Conduct assessments of client meeting rooms and suggest optimal video conferencing systems (e.g., cameras, microphones, display units, and software integrations).
◦ Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the accurate and seamless implementation of designs.
◦ Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and training clients on the use of video conferencing systems.


• Collaboration & Product Expertise
◦ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new technologies, and competitors to stay competitive.
◦ Provide expert-level guidance on video conferencing products, systems integration, and room setup best practices.
◦ Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention.


Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, ideally within the AV, video conferencing, or technology sectors.
• Experience designing, selling, or implementing video and conference solutions for meeting rooms.
• Strong technical knowledge of video conferencing hardware, software, and integration solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience with project management tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.

Flexible on work location.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $140,000 to $203,000 annually, with a 80/20 (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
