We’re looking for a strategic and visionary leader to oversee comprehensive functions across Talent, People Operations and Coaching & Development. The right candidate will strengthen our culture, have a proven track record of building high performing teams and expertly drive change.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the strategy and execution of People & Culture initiatives to support organizational growth.
  • Manage and develop the People and Culture department as a cohesive and engaged team.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to assess the impact of the people strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with our people leaders bringing a solutions-oriented, collaborative approach to solving problems.
  • Implement creative hiring strategies to attract top talent to deliver on business goals. 
  • Oversee daily operations of employee end to end lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, growth and performance reviews and other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Oversee the compensation and benefits strategy to effectively attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage the People & Culture operating budget.
  • Utilize data and systems to guide P&C decisions related to hiring and talent development.
  • Serve as the expert for all employee relations as well as P&C policies and procedures.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of HR/People Operations, 5 of which you’ve led a function/team. 
  • Experience in scaling, high-growth, and progressive companies, where you bring innovative ideas and a growth mindset to challenge the status quo. 
  • Deep knowledge & experience in Employer Brand, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.
  • Experience in total rewards strategy and execution. 
  • Strong people leadership skills; proven ability to motivate and inspire teams to unlock peak performance. 
  • Analytical and data driven in building strategic solutions.
  • Can collaborate and build strong relationships with key business partners, with the ability to partner with folks in all levels of the organization.
