Job Description

  • Validates the technical definition of the product with the established QCDP objectives.
  • Starting from the scope sheet of the project, build the DEA-MU Entry Ticket.
  • Manages the QCDP synthesis of projects (Architecture, Product Safety, Conception, ANPQP, Validation), with the support of PFE, PSV and support functions.
  • Contributes to increasing the level of product x process commonality between the mechanical organs for which he is responsible and platforms, in accordance with the GSFA standardization policy.
  • Performs the synthesis of technical files and quality documents, builds, and supports the DEA-MU opinion at the project milestones.
  • Be the DEA-MU interlocutor, by delegation from the ASM, internally DEA-MU and externally on the scope of the projects for which he is responsible (the systematic participation in the RAP CPO/ CPA),
  • Manage the technical and project relationship to ensure the convergence with suppliers & other Departments.
  • Represent the DEA-MU via weekly RAP meetings.
  • Provide and maintain Design-to-quality documents: NRL, DDMRS, etc.
  • Complete DEA-MU planning
  • EQM, Checklist and NRL preparation for each milestone.
  • Economic and technical dashboard of the project.
  • Opinions on the proposed technical definitions.
  • As leader, to align team members’ actions with the company strategy
  • as coach, to develop team members performance and make them accountable through a close relationship and delegation rules
  • as pathfinder, to guide team members in driving change and innovation to move the company forward.
