CAA Base are recruiting for maternity cover for Agent Services. The role sits within the Agency’s operations department working closely with the Client Services Manager. Agent Services provides logistical support to the Agency’s staff, notably to the Football Agents and Talent ID specialists. The role requires an individual prepared to be available outside of normal working hours at short notice (i.e. evenings and weekends) but offers flexibility both in respect of where and when hours are committed.
Processing ticket requests (including but not limited to, scouting tickets and event tickets).
Coordinating staff travel (including but not limited to, travel bookings, hotel bookings and car hire).
Coordinating staff bookings (including but not limited to, meeting room bookings, restaurant bookings and other reservations).
Proactively managing a calendar of staff and client milestones (e.g. Public holidays, births, marriages, client injuries etc).
Purchases for staff and/or clients as required.
Organising staff events alongside the Operations team.
Sourcing insurance quotes (e.g. car, career-ending etc).
Assistance where required to Agency Directors.
Providing cover for Client Services Manager when on annual leave.
Supporting Client Services Manager if required.
Additional ad hoc requests.
Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise workload.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Hard-working individual and a team player.
Exceptional eye for detail.
Ability to multitask under pressure.
Experience building relationships and dealing with sensitive situations with confidentiality and discretion.
Additional languages would be a bonus.
