The Role

Be the go-to SME for your respective team and process. Be the one that drives efficiency, service and risk management across your processes, with your customers all while taking an end-to-end view and influencing key business partners.

The Operational Support Lead (OSL) is primarily responsible for oversight, coordination, and processing of ongoing plan activities for plan sponsors. The OSL will support their operational team, client management and business partners leading to efficiency, control, and plan sponsor satisfaction.

  • Providing oversight of inbound and outbound files including grant, indicative, ESPP, restricted award and deposit files to ensure service level agreements and plan sponsor expectations are achieved.
  • Coordinating stock plan events including ESPP purchases, RSA/U vesting/distributions and ad hoc deposits.
  • Supporting plan sponsor and participant inquiries including updates to the Plan Administration for exception and standard processes.
  • Researching and resolving escalated issues correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Provide process oversight, documentation and coordination of internal processes including Plan Administration updates and plan activities including share and money movements.
  • Process ownership including product support and solution development to drive best practices and technology improvements.
  • Achieving plan sponsor and participant trust through creation, implementation and ongoing support of quality, audit and reporting programs.
  • Overseeing plan activities and file feeds will require a focus and an attention to detail to identify isolated and widespread exceptions, problems or issues.
  • The OSL will define, implement and maintain routines and monitoring to ensure all activities are occurring in a controlled environment to foster client trust and confidence.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 3-5 years Stock Plan Administration experience is required.
  • CEP level 1 or higher encouraged.
  • Series 7 encouraged.
  • You have the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
  • You demonstrate organization navigational skills.
  • You have Equity Compensation knowledge.
  • You have strong analytical, research and problem resolution skills.
  • You bring consultative and influencing skills.
  • You know process improvement methodology.
  • You have advanced knowledge MS Office skills including Excel, Access and PowerPoint preferred.
