We are hiring for multiple Product Line Manager II positions!

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Global Product Line Managers, focusing on Apparel. These roles will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the product creation process.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

If this is you, you will work with Product Management and a cross-functional team (Merchandising, Design and Technical Design) on the apparel creation process from brief to final product approval. You will lead the product creation workflow through data management and effective collaboration across cross-functional partners. You will be delivering on key dates and holding yourself accountable to be a great teammate.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for crafting insightful and impactful product briefs in partnership with their manager. They will analyze consumer and competitive trends in the market and bringing quality product to market that solves problems for our consumer and meets margin targets.

A typical day/week includes ensuring the accuracy of information in key systems, sample management, participating and conducting meetings and providing clear communication to guide cross functional teams thru critical checkpoints.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will work closely with your Product Management team cross-functional teammates in Merchandising, Design and Technical Design, Planning and Operational teams in order to lead the product creation cycle.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING?

  • Bachelor's degree or an additional 2 years, or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • 2-3 years of related experience in product-related role
  • Ability to guide multiple product creation timelines
  • Passion for product and understanding the Kids consumer
  • Outstanding attention to details
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive consensus
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations
  • Ability to travel up to 5-10%
