Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for new project cost calculation(including material, machine, labor, tooling, etc.), analysis and tracking.

• Support sales to improve and modify different quotation scenarios.

• Improve part EBIT through VAVE and maintain DB data.

• Support process team to apply for CAPAX.

• Communicate with sales, SCM, process, AE, logistics and finance department to finish whole project calculations.

• Be aware of extrusion, HPDC and other process, also know internal process.

• Run comparisons between actual cost and standard product costings and derive and follow up action plans to assure profitability in line with targets.

• Support to improve accuracy of the costing information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, interested in production process or sensitive to cost.

• Major in mechanical engineering related major is preferred.

• At least 3 years above on costing or purchasing / process working experience is better.

• Good communication skill and self motivation.

• Good English and familiar with CAD, MS software application & practice.

• Strong analysis and high working initiation.
