Description:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Compensation Consulting team in Singapore. This role provides a unique opportunity to support both high-impact advisory projects and strategic business development activities. This role will be based in Singapore.

As an intern, you will support the Rewards team in two key areas: driving business development & product insights for our Total Remuneration Surveys (TRS) and providing analytical support for rewards advisory projects.

We will count on you to:

  • Support the management of our annual Total Remuneration Surveys (TRS) though the review and validation of client data submissions

  • Assist with ad-hoc client data requests and support market outreach activities to promote rewards products and services to existing and potential participants.

  • Support the delivery of advisory project such as job evaluations, salary structure designs and short- and long-term incentive reviews.

  • Conduct targeted research on industry-specific trends, regulatory requirements, and local labour market conditions in Singapore and the wider SEA region.

  • Support consultants in preparing and facilitating client workshops or industry-specific meetings by material preparation, managing documentation and summarizing key discussion points.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary data and resources for project execution.

What you need to have:

  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to build dynamic models (e.g., using XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and Pivot Tables etc.) to simulate various compensation scenarios and cost impacts.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint with an emphasis on creating structured, logical narratives and using data visualizations to simplify complex reward concepts for senior stakeholders.

  • Ability to move beyond data processing to identify patterns and provide a clear, evidence-based summary of findings and summarise them into practical implications

  • Ability to independently navigate public filings (annual reports, 10-Ks), peer group data, and market news to extract specific organizational or executive pay information.

  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.

  • Prior knowledge or internship experience in Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a quantitative field e.g. Finance or Statistics

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively

  • A proactive approach to troubleshooting technical hurdles or research gaps independently.
