Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of software components to ensure clarity and ease of future enhancements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and optimize software performance to meet quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- Strong understanding of transportation management processes and their integration within enterprise systems.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP TM modules to align with business workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to transportation management software.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and agile practices.
- Competence in analyzing system requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
