The opportunity: 

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Real Estate Manager to lead and support the organization’s real estate activities. This role encompasses site location and acquisition, building and land transactions, space leasing, and active involvement in ongoing construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, construction, and certified project management, with a solid understanding of HSE standards and practices.

How you will make an impact:

• You will manage or support the management of real estate property management operations including : Site selection and acquisition, Building and land acquisition/disposition & Leasing and space utilization.

• You will provide strategic input and operational support for ongoing construction projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets, collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project delivery, compliance, and quality standards.

• You will monitor and enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards across all real estate and construction activities, conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to ensure safe working environments and adherence to regulatory requirements and lead or support project planning, budgeting, and execution for real estate developments and renovations.

• You will perform financial analysis and budgeting related to real estate investments and operational costs via Real estate system, maintain accurate documentation and reporting of real estate activities and project progress.

• You will build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and government agencies, perform real estate activities related to facility planning, maintenance, asset management.

• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Project, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, construction, and project management with exposure to basic finance, accounting, and budgeting.

• Project Management Certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is required. Construction management certifications is an advantage

• Familiarity with HSE regulations and practices in construction and real estate environments, strong understanding of real estate laws, leasing practices, and property management.

• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, excellent team collaboration and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail and strong customer service orientation, ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.

• Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
