Job Description

Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It Matter.

You manage the in-house operations in the Mondelēz International Digital Services Center to ensure impeccable service delivery that satisfies service level agreements and meets productivity and efficiency targets, emphasizing timely, accurate and complete transaction handling and excellent customer care.

How You Will Contribute

You will leverage deep domain expertise in Talent Management, Learning and AI to shape the strategic direction of our Workday-enabled products. You will define and prioritize the product backlog, drive cross-functional alignment with HR Centers of Excellence and Technology partners, and ensure solutions meet evolving business needs while exceeding service level commitments. You will champion standardization, simplification, and automation — relentlessly pursuing a zero-touch, scalable operating model. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, influence global process design, and ensure all solutions comply with data protection regulations and Mondelēz International policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership & Strategy: Define and own the product roadmap for Workday Talent Management and Learning modules, aligning with enterprise HR technology strategy and business priorities.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with senior HR leaders, Talent CoEs, and regional People Experience teams to translate business needs into scalable, future-ready Workday solutions.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead solution design, configuration, and architecture decisions for Workday Talent and Learning, powered by AI; drive technical excellence across the product team.
  • Release & Change Management: Lead Workday release readiness, regression testing, and feature adoption — proactively assessing new capabilities for business value.
  • Process Excellence: Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of talent and learning processes; identify and eliminate friction points in the employee experience.
  •  Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials; partner with other teams as applicable.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all configurations and data handling comply with global data protection policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Own the continuous improvement backlog; leverage data and analytics to identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for optimization.

What You Will Bring

A passion for building world-class digital employee experiences and a track record of driving impact at scale. You will bring:

  • Deep domain expertise in Talent Management and Learning processes, with strong product vising on what "great" looks like.
  • Product management mindset — ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Proven stakeholder influence — experience partnering with senior leaders and navigating complex, matrix organizations.
  • Shared services acumen — understanding of operating in a global, high-volume service delivery environment.
  • Change leadership — ability to drive adoption, manage resistance, and deliver sustainable transformation.
  • Strong analytical skills — data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Workday configuration and product ownership, with deep expertise in Talent Management and Learning modules.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Workday implementations, major releases, or large-scale system enhancements.
  • Track record of driving process improvement and operational excellence in a global environment.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal direction while effectively leading cross-functional teams work.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, Agile/Scrum) preferred.
  • Experience with adjacent HR technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, ServiceNow, Glint) is a strong plus.
