Senior Omnichannel Manager (m/f/d) temporary role for 15 months

Responsibilities

  • Supporting digital transformation activities, in particular planning, design, coordination, and implementation of omnichannel marketing campaigns

  • Co-designing and orchestrating the implementation of digital campaigns (incl. emails, websites, social media, and other channels) and of digital and data strategies aimed at improving customer experience in a targeted way

  • Effective and targeted development of innovations and execution of experiments

  • Continuous data analysis and reporting to optimize campaign performance

  • Driving personalization and automation of marketing activities

  • Project work with external suppliers and service providers

  • Working in cross-functional teams and in a diverse environment with local, regional, and global colleagues and support of change processes

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor`s or Master`s (preferred) Degree and/or solid experience in digital marketing

  • Hands-on practical experience and knowledge in at least some of the following fields and tools: SEO/SEA, Newsletter Marketing (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), Social Media Marketing (META, LinkedIn), Google Analytics (GA4), CMS (WordPress)

  • Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare system, trends in disease management and their current and future relevance to business development is preferred

  • Demonstrated project management experience related to digital marketing campaigns

  • Consultative and innovative approach

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

  • Analytical and critical mindset and willingness to learn

  • Excellent spoken and written language skills in English and German

The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 59.200,- and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
