As a SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management Consultant, you will lead the planning, design, and implementation of solutions to optimize business performance within the Performance & Goals module of SuccessFactors. This role requires advanced expertise in SAP HCM Compensation Management, Business Process Design, and Business Process Implementation. You will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving strategic decisions, and delivering impactful solutions that align with business requirements and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Implementation:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of activities within the Performance & Goals module to enhance business function performance.
Ensure alignment with business requirements through process analysis, design/redesign, and organizational structure definition.
Develop and maintain project plans to track progress, milestones, and deliverables.
2. Stakeholder Engagement:
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, ensure stakeholder alignment, and drive consensus.
Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across functions.
3. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in business function implementation.
Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and feedback among team members.
Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to key strategic decisions across multiple teams.
4. Performance Analysis and Optimization:
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Provide innovative solutions to address challenges and improve team and organizational performance.
5. Subject Matter Expertise:
Act as a subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module, offering insights and guidance to ensure successful implementation.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SAP HCM Compensation Management, Business Process Design, and Business Process Implementation.
