PharmD + completion of ASHP-accredited PGY2 ambulatory care pharmacy residency or
PharmD + completion of a PGY1 residency, fellowship, or non-ASHP accredited postgraduate program (*requires at least 3 years of advanced clinical practice in ambulatory care pharmacy).
**For candidates meeting option #2 for education above: must have completed at least 3 years of advanced clinical practice in ambulatory care pharmacy must hold active Arkansas pharmacist license or be eligible for Arkansas pharmacist licensure.**
Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of PGY2 residency in ambulatory care.
At least 3 years of advanced clinical practice experience in an ambulatory care, family medicine or internal medicine clinic; academic/faculty experience, including teaching pharmacy students or other health professionals or health profession students; experience providing interprofessional education and classroom teaching. Preference is given to candidates with current/ongoing experience in ambulatory care, family medicine or internal medicine environment.
Board certification in ambulatory care pharmacy (BCACP).
