Service Dispatch Supervisor - Stanley Access Technologies, Quebec, QC

What You Will Do:
Remotely lead the activities of 10 to 25 service technicians and possibly a dispatcher; share on-call responsibilities.
Supervise and develop processes and tools to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction to maximize revenue; visiting new and existing customers is essential.
Achieve or exceed regional service objectives, including: incoming business, sales, expense/revenue ratio, service delivery, margin rates, inventory, etc.
Create an environment that ensures optimal customer satisfaction while achieving/exceeding regional goals.
Build high-performing teams and lead regional efforts to recruit, train, and develop talent.
Provide leadership in defining and achieving regional goals for the cost-effective installation, maintenance, and repair of Stanley products as well as growing the direct service customer base.
Analyze, develop, and implement systems and processes to improve productivity.
Provide direct leadership to service technicians, the service dispatcher, warehouse staff, and administrative support.
Actively participate in and support all initiatives such as recruiting, training, and mentoring service technicians to improve efficiency.
Model, encourage, and promote Stanley values, including accountability, respect, integrity, vision, ambition, boundarylessness, and speed.
Audit all incoming work orders for accuracy, such as: part numbers, door IDs, signatures, customer forms, purchase order numbers, and authorized amounts (NTE).
Conduct half-day or full-day ride-alongs to assess work practices and safety equipment.
What You Need to Succeed:
A valid, unrestricted driver's license is required for this position.
A clean driving record.
Ability to work nights and/or weekends if necessary.
University degree (technical preferred, BSEE/BSME) or equivalent experience.
Proven track record of success.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and chaotic environment.
Proven experience in training and teamwork.
Strong business acumen (productivity improvement, understanding of P&L, data analysis).
Demonstrated communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft applications, SAP, spreadsheets, word processing).
Additional Preferences and Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales or field services.
Previous experience with highly engaged work teams.
Previous supervisory experience.
University degree (technical preferred, BSEE/BSME)
