THE ROLE

Transaction Executives are an important support role for our growing Fashion Concierge business.  Responsible for enabling a smooth and efficient transaction process that supports our rapidly expanding luxury business. Reporting to FC’s Operations Manager, this position forms a central part of our Operations Team and contributes to the sales order lifecycle, facilitating transactions that will help achieve our ambitious growth objectives.

As a Transaction Executive, you will be a Fashion Concierge role model and the main point of contact for online and offline boutiques and brand suppliers. You will focus on sales support & operational excellence by maintaining a robust end-to-end transaction flow, working alongside colleagues across the business from Finance to Business Development, Private Client, Operations, and Sales in EMEA, US & APAC. 

Enabling a smooth transaction process that supports our growing luxury business, you will handle high-value requests from both FC Sourcing and D2C globally for orders placed at Fashion Concierge and Farfetch boutiques.
