Role summary:
As a Distinguished Platform Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategic product roadmaps that address complex customer needs and business objectives. About the team:
The Infosec Product Team leads comprehensive product lifecycle management, aligning solutions with customer needs and strategic goals. Collaborating with business, technology, project, and leadership teams, they develop secure, customer-focused products. The team drives product strategy, roadmap creation, and data-informed decisions while managing platform products and addressing emerging risks. Emphasizing clear communication and cross-functional collaboration, they deliver innovative, scalable solutions that enhance security and user experience. Their efforts ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational objectives in a dynamic environment, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
What you'll do: - Analyze business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement effective product strategies and roadmaps.
- Drive data-driven decision making by extracting insights from complex analytics to inform product development and enhancements.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to secure resources, align stakeholders, and promote product vision and go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, including MVP creation, scaling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor team members on product processes, customer focus, and roadmap execution.
- Manage adoption of emerging technologies and ensure integration with existing platforms.
- Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
What you'll bring: - Proven ability to lead technical products, with strong systems thinking, architectural understanding, and credibility to evaluate designs, constraints, and long‑term technical trade‑offs.
- Understanding of IAM concepts including identity lifecycle, authentication and authorization models, access controls, and governance to make informed product decisions.
- Experience defining multi‑year product vision and strategy for products, translating business and security objectives into outcome‑driven roadmaps that balance risk, usability, scalability, and modernization.
- Strong judgment in creating and prioritizing requirements between competing approaches. Sequencing based on dependencies, readiness, and measurable outcomes.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex technical and IAM trade‑offs to audiences, enabling alignment, informed decisions, and product adoption.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or related area and 10 years’ experience in back-end platform or highly complex B2B/C products or experience in roles requiring data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills (including deep knowledge of Excel, SQL, or statistics), Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
