The Analog Garage is a high-energy, fast-paced, advanced R&D team within the CTO Office of Analog Devices (ADI) at our downtown Boston location. Our mission is to empower ADI by pioneering breakthrough technologies. Our innovation funnel spans exciting domains including artificial intelligence, robotics, life sciences, green energy, human-machine interfaces, and more.
As the Head of Business Discovery in the Analog Garage, you will lead and inspire a talented team with strong technical and business backgrounds to drive business strategy and decision-making in all phases of the innovation funnel: customer discovery, market research, hypothesis testing during early R&D, MVP definition and go-to-market strategy. You and your team will work closely with Garage researchers to coevolve new concepts for breakthrough technology and decide which features or performance attributes are most likely to determine commercial success.
Many of our programs are done in tight collaboration with internal ADI business units (BUs) that run adjacent to the CTO office. Building solid relationships with these teams and understanding their businesses, applications, and customers’ needs are critical to the Garage’s success. In many cases, you'll be working closely with these groups to align on commercialization strategy and paths to market.
