Position Description:
Delivers valuable insights via data analytics and advanced statistical methodologies to solve complex business problems. Performs gap analysis on present applications and systems to propose and create Product Roadmaps for enterprise applications. Serves as a liaison between business and engineering teams in the development of new tools and the upgrade of existing tools as per market trends and standards. Drives User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business for continuous feedback on built products. Inspects and evaluates product development progress and oversees performance and UAT. Translates business requirements into technical requirements to support the development and enhancement of the business capabilities. Analyzes requirements and proposes innovative implementation approaches. Partners with other leaders to influence broader strategic decisions and roadmaps, defines the resource requirements, and executes specific product features.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and six (6) years of experience as a Director, IT Product Management (or closely related occupation) performing Information Technology (IT) product management in an Asset Management Fixed Income (FI) domain.
Or, alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and four (4) years of experience as a Director, IT Product Management (or closely related occupation) performing Information Technology (IT) product management in an Asset Management Fixed Income (FI) domain.
