Job Description:
The Program Manager will work directly with the division executives to lead critical programs, drive strategic alignment and communication, and support our long-term division strategy. This position will be a thought partner and central point of coordination to help us grow, scale and run more effectively. In this role, the Program Manager will manage the key operational routines, oversee critical business priorities, and lead special projects on behalf of the Division Executive Team. The Program Manager will partner closely with key stakeholders across functions and deliver time sensitive requests.
Essential Responsibilities:

- Support division executives on high priority initiatives and deliverables related to the division strategy, growth, structure, and operating rhythms - including data analysis and ongoing program/project management
- Own operational priorities including but not limited to national & regional publication’s survey process and action planning, Hospital Association relationships and database management and analysis, tracking of key performance indicators, and support of strategic initiatives and projects
- Launch and lead key initiatives for the Division Executive Team
- Track and proactively manage action items and next steps to ensure key milestones are met and items resolved in a timely manner
- Prepare materials and decks for the Division Executive team and manage cadence of weekly, monthly and quarterly routines, ensuring clear objectives are set and follow-through on decisions/action items achieved.
- Develop compelling, data-driven communications on behalf of the Division Executive Team
- Synthesize critical information and frame key decisions for senior leaders in partnership with core teams

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required. Masters of Health Administration preferred.
- Experience: 0-3 years healthcare or management experience
- License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: Currently have or obtain one of the following within 12 months of hire:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- Certified Project Management Practitioner (CPMP)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proven track record of project managing complex cross-functional projects while maintaining an efficient plan, tracking issues, and proactively communicating progress against project milestones; high attention to detail
- Strong analytic skills including experience with Microsoft Excel and exposure to Tableau,
- Proven ability to lead and execute quickly and independently in a highly visible and fast-paced environment
- Adept at building trust-based relationships with stakeholders; able to collaborate effectively across a wide range of teams and seniority in the organization
- A ‘hands on’ attitude - comfortable diving into execution and operational matters, while remaining focused on the longer-term strategic agenda
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and storytelling/communication skills, both verbal and written - able to convey complex information in a concise manner to facilitate decision making
- Extremely strong written, slide preparation and spoken skills to present ideas and actions with clarity
