Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Identify DOT compliance issues and company-required repairs as directed
Accurately capture detailed information and enter it into the appropriate computer systems; communicate findings to the Shop or service providers as needed
Inspect each unit following the company’s tire program to identify service needs
Adhere strictly to all TIA (Tire Industry Association) safety rules and regulations to protect both yourself and our drivers
Resolve service issues efficiently while delivering excellent customer service to drivers and internal teams
Consistently follow all established procedures and protocols
Identify areas for operational improvement and share feedback with management
Promote and share best practices across the team to support continuous improvement
Maintain a professional and respectful work environment at all times
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows, and related programs
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship
A minimum of one year of consistent employment or educational enrollment
Willing and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physically capable of stooping, bending, and crawling under equipment as necessary
TIA (Tire Industry Association) certification is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
