A Day in the Life

An exciting brand-new role for an Associate Marketing Analyst to join the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) business based in Sydney!

In this highly visible role, working closely with the Marketing Manager, the Associate Marketing Analyst supports the marketing team by collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to inform strategic decisions. This role helps track performance, identify market and customer trends and provide actionable insights that guide marketing strategies. The analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are data-driven and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Provide support to the CRM Marketing team in a number of key areas:

  • Collect, organise, and analyse data from multiple sources

  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, highlighting trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and accessibility

  • Help identify new data-driven opportunities

  • Marketing Analytics (sales data, market share data, etc)

  • Marketing Performance Metrics

  • Business Reporting / QBRs

  • Implementation and maintenance of pricing strategies (customer price lists, quotes, etc)

  • Veeva approval process

  • Tender submission process

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Tertiary qualifications essential

  • A Customer focused approach

  • Ability to absorb complex technical information and an aptitude for technology

  • Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.

  • A valid drivers’ license and willingness to travel and work out of office hours as required
