Summary: This position is an advanced role responsible for developing and implementing strategic talent management initiatives to enhance the organization’s ability to attract, develop, retain, and utilize talent effectively. This role involves ongoing design, refinement and execution of leadership development programming, employee recognition programs, and Strengths-based coaching initiatives, as well as advanced analytics of workforce data, identifying trends, and providing strategic insights and recommendations to inform talent strategies. This position focuses on ensuring the successful execution of critical Talent Management (TM) programs, with an emphasis on coaching individual contributors, managers, and teams. This role collaborates with HR leaders and campus community partners to design and execute programs that align with the university’s goals and drive employee engagement and performance.
Primary Duties:
Salary & Benefits $75,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience
