Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze supplier delivery performance using performance indicators and trend reporting to predict risk and initiate corrective measures.

• Conduct root-cause analysis on supply chain disruptions and develop permanent counter-measures.

• Drive continuous improvement activities using Lean, Six Sigma, and problem‑solving tools.

• Support long‑term strategic planning for supplier capability and supply chain resilience.

• Lead complex / high-profile supply chain risk projects with cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to resolve issues negatively impacting business objectives.

• Contribute to MR business operating rhythms, including delivery reviews and risk assessments.

• Support long-term business continuity plans and supply risk mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Sourcing, Material Management, or Supply Chain experience.)

• Strong negotiation skills, contracting experience, and background in process improvement.

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage and develop supplier relationships.
