Our Local Master Data Specialist is responsible for:

• Requesting SKU for creation with the correct master data provided by vendors, buyers, and business managers

• SKU activation upon creation and modification of existing active SKUs

• Providing feedback on updates to the country product manager

• In case of missing information following up according to work instructions.

• Managing pricelists: comparing the prices from the pricelists received from the vendors with the information in the IM ERP system

• Collecting and reporting of data

• Maintaining an accurate product database

• Carrying out the more complex tasks & escalations in the team

• Driving team level process improvements and supports the department process harmonization efforts

• Participating in BRD, UAT, platform adoption (XCM,XRE,etc.) and implementation of tool enhancements and process change

• Monitoring the process controls

• Active participation in AI initiatives

We are looking for someone who has:

• Very good communiaction skills

• IT product knowledge - considered an advantage

• Intermediate/ Advanced knowledge of Excel

• Strong knowledge in English - B2

• Strong process expertise and advanced knowledge of relevant tools and systems

• Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions

• Confidence to express opinions and professionally challenge stakeholders at different seniority levels

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

• Experience in documentation preparation and tracking

• Strong presentation and training abilities

• Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with vendors and stakeholders

• Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team

• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and initiative

• Experience participating in projects and driving process improvements

• Super user knowledge of both legacy and new systems is considered an advantage
