What you will do:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team and assist in the optimization of our business operations. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in aligning aspects of Services operations within the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.

 

How you will do it:

The Operations Analyst Intern will work closely with Johnson Control’s SEA Services team with the following key responsibilities:

  • Support Continuous Improvement initiatives and co-lead Kaizen projects, impacting business transactions and field service operations for the SEA Services business by consolidating Planned Services Agreement (PSA)

  • Develop a costing proposal & PSA framework to streamline & optimize costing processes across the region.

  • Perform benchmarking across SEA Services initiatives through streamlining & adopting best in-class practices, and to create a new standardized framework for future projects under the Services team.

  • Work with cross-functional team such as Compliance & Legal to ensure PSA frameworks meet legal/governmental requirements.

  • Ensure accuracy & completeness of data through analytical tools such as Excel & PowerBI

What we look for:

Required:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance or data science & analytics

  • Advanced proficiency in office business applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • We welcome students who can start immediately

Preferred:

  • Prior exposure to mechanical or building industry

  • Experience in Powersuites (e.g. PowerBI/PowerAutomate)
