The Influencer Planning Executive will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective influencer marketing campaigns. You'll be responsible for identifying, vetting, and selecting influencers that align with client goals and brand values. You'll work closely with the Influencer Planning Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and deliver measurable results. This role is ideal for someone passionate about influencer marketing, with a keen eye for trends and a strong understanding of social media platforms.
What You Will Do
Influencer Identification & Vetting:
- Research and identify potential influencers across various platforms (e.g.,Facebook, TikTok, etc.) based on client briefs and target audiences.
- Evaluate influencer profiles for authenticity, engagement, and brand alignment.
- Maintain a database of potential influencers and their key metrics.
Campaign Planning & Execution Support:
- Assist in developing influencer campaign plans, including influencer selection, content strategy, and timelines.
- Create detailed campaign proposals and presentations under Influencer Planning Manager guidelines
- Assist in monitoring campaigns, and gathering data.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Assist in generating campaign reports and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to post-campaign analysis and reporting.
Trend Monitoring & Industry Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Research and identify emerging influencers and platforms.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Good command of English
- 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related role (or strong internship experience).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with influencer marketing tools is a plus.
- A passion for digital marketing and social media.
- Have experience in influencer Scouting & Campaign Coordination
