Job Description: Project Manager / Scrum Master (Healthcare Domain)

Position: Project Manager / Scrum Master
Experience: Minimum 8 years total experience, including 4+ years as a Project Manager
Location: HO, Bommasandra, Bangalore

• Minimum 8 years of total professional experience, with at least 4 years as a Project Manager.
• Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or working within Agile teams.
• Proven healthcare domain experience—EHR/EMR, medical devices, clinical workflows, digital health, etc.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of compliance standards like GDPR, HIPAA, FDA regulations.

Strong technical aptitude—comfortable understanding system architecture, integrations, APIs, and technical discussions.
