Your role at Clorox:

We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Technical Lead for Microsoft 365 Copilot to lead the long-term vision, adoption, and governance of Copilot across the enterprise. This role will serve as the primary owner of the Copilot experience, ensuring it is deployed securely, used effectively, and continuously optimized to deliver business value.

In this role, you will:

Ownership & Strategy

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap for Microsoft 365 Copilot, aligned with business goals and Microsoft’s release cadence.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, security, and Microsoft.
  • Identify and prioritize use cases that drive measurable productivity and innovation.

Security & Governance

  • Partner with Security, Compliance, and Data Governance teams to ensure Copilot is deployed and used in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and advise on DLP, sensitivity labels, and access controls related to Copilot usage.
  • Stay current on Microsoft’s Responsible AI practices and ensure alignment.

User Enablement & Support

  • Lead the development and delivery of training, onboarding, and enablement programs tailored to different user personas.
  • Build and maintain a self-service knowledge base and use case library.
  • Act as an escalation point for Copilot-related issues and coordinate with support teams for resolution.

Adoption & Insights

  • Track adoption metrics, user feedback, and ROI using tools like Power BI and Microsoft Admin Center.
  • Continuously assess opportunities to improve user experience and expand Copilot capabilities.
  • Champion a culture of responsible AI use and digital productivity.

What we look for:

  • 5+ years of experience in product ownership, digital workplace strategy and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Proven experience deploying and managing Microsoft Copilot in enterprise environments is HIGHLY desired.
  • Background in change management, user adoption, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Power Platform).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools (Purview, DLP, sensitivity labels, Insider Risk Management).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and drive outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with governance frameworks for Microsoft 365 or Copilot is desired.
  • Familiarity with AI integration in workplace tools and workflows is desired.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $106,700 - $204,900

–Zone B: $97,800 - $187,900

–Zone C: $88,900 - $170,800
