Salary: £32,608 per annum

Location: Plymouth, St Budeaux Estate – covering the local region

Hours: 36 per week                                   

Contract Type: Permanent

We’re looking for a Caretaking Supervisor who can Lead a team of caretakers ensuring high standards of cleaning, safety and security on Clarion estates.

You’ll Lead, manage, guide, support and motivate the team to deliver a high-quality service, ensuring that clear and agreed work plans and objectives are in place to deliver good customer service and fulfil the wider business objectives. Monitor standard of work performance, undertake monthly team meetings, and complete 1-1’s and performance reviews.

You’ll also be required to complete monthly inspections of blocks and estates and grade the standard of the work in line with Clarion’s service standards and develop action plans to improve standards where required.
