Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Works closely with Home Office Epic team on pre-conversion clean up to ensure proper data mapping/migration 
  • Takes the lead with partners in the platform on data review during samples for any conversion into the Platform database 
  • Responsible for assessing and coordinating data cleanup projects post conversion 
  • Monitors weekly exception reports and works with staff to correct or supply missing data 
  • Acts as a liaison between the Platform and the HO Business Intelligence team regarding data mapping to AcriVision 
  • Will be responsible for data mapping with future system integrations including mapping data from CRM systems into AMS Systems  
  • Responsible for understanding and answering questions related to AMS to ERP mapping

Education and/or Experience: 

  • Familiar with insurance data 
  • 2+ Years Epic experience in one or more line of business 
  • Advance Epic Reports user 
  • Advance Microsoft Excel skills 
  • Clear understanding of why the data is valuable and ability to communicate and influent to staff
