Associate Procurement Agent (Procurement Admin)

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Procurement Agent to support the International Strategic Sourcing Team based out of Hazelwood, MO and Ridley Park, PA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
  • Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
  • Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
  • Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • 2+ years' experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
  • 2+ years' experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not required
  • 2+ years' experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • 2+ years' experience managing supplier relationships, strategic partnerships and supplier performance
  • 3+ years' experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

Summary pay range for Associate level: 60,350 – 87,400
