As the Senior Consultant, Organisational Culture, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering initiatives that enhance UQ’s culture, foster engagement, and support organisational growth.
In this key role, you will lead UQ’s annual Pulse Staff Engagement survey, providing critical insights to senior leaders and influencing positive change across the university. Your expertise will drive impactful action plans that empower teams, while your collaboration with HR and other stakeholders will elevate organisational capability and leadership.

Key responsibilities will include:
Lead the execution and continual improvement of UQ’s Pulse Staff Engagement survey, including data analysis, reporting and the development of action plans to enhance year-on-year results.
Collaborate with HR’s Client Partnering team to design and facilitate client-facing workshops, focused on areas such as leadership, team development and cultural transformation.
Provide expert coaching to senior leaders across the University, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and foster organisational growth.
Contribute to the development and implementation of broader organisational culture initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive staff engagement, performance and capability development.

Extensive experience in organisational development, with proven expertise in driving cultural transformation, employee engagement, and capability development.
Strong analytics skills and expertise using contemporary software platforms to analyse and manipulate data sets to generate actionable insights, and create informative reports for senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in facilitating workshops and delivering impactful training sessions across diverse teams and leadership levels.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building trusted relationships and influencing at all levels of the organisation.
A proactive, independent approach to managing multiple priorities, with a commitment to continuous improvement and upholding UQ’s values of integrity, respect, and inclusivity.
