Diagnostic Imaging Field Sales Educator (Remote, Home Based)

We are seeking an experienced and engaging Field Sales Educator to support the Philips Diagnostic Imaging sales organization. This national, field-based role is responsible for equipping sales representatives with the product knowledge, selling skills, and market insights needed to succeed across the MRI, CT, and DXR portfolios.

The Field Sales Educator partners closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver impactful training, support onboarding, reinforce selling behaviors, and measure knowledge adoption. This role requires regular travel to deliver in-person training and provide field-based coaching.

Your role:

  • Design and deliver sales training programs focused on product knowledge, selling skills, and industry trends.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on Philips Diagnostic Imaging solutions, including features, benefits, and clinical use cases.
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing sales representatives.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching, including ride-alongs and real-time feedback during customer engagements.
  • Collaborate regularly with Director of Learning and Development and leadership to align training initiatives with business priorities and sales strategy.
  • Gather and share competitive and market insights to support effective positioning.
  • Assess training effectiveness and deliver actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and manage LMS utilization, course completion, and reporting; curate and maintain learning content.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience with Bachelor’s degree and or 3+ years of experience with a Master’s degree in sales training or enablement ideally within medical devices or healthcare. 
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Healthcare or a related field (Advanced degree preferred)
  • Your skills include strong organizational, coaching, communication and presentation abilities; experience using or administering a learning management system (LMS) is preferred
  • You have a strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging technologies and healthcare sales environments is preferred
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and willing to travel 30% or more nationally
  • Preference to live near a major airport or Cleveland (not required).

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $106,000 to $171,000

The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $112,000 to $180,000

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $118,000 to $189,000

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $126,000 to $201,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
