Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering leads strategic development, optimization, and continuous advancement of manufacturing processes across multiple functions and/or facilities. This role is accountable for driving operational excellence, efficiency, and quality through innovative engineering solutions, fostering a culture of safety, and supporting organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, documentation, implementation, and ongoing support of manufacturing processes, procedures, equipment, and tooling to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, product quality, and workplace safety.
- Analyze process performance data to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes that increase yield, reduce downtime, improve safety, and lower costs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of manufacturing engineers, process designers, and support staff, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and professional development of team members.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution for complex production challenges, offering technical support and implementing corrective actions to address manufacturing issues and deficiencies.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Fluency in English and Spanish required

Additional information:
- This position will be in Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon
- This position is five-days a week in-office model
- This position will require travelling 10% working time (International and domestic).
