As a Financial Analyst, this professional will be responsible for examining financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making and financial planning, with a focus on transactions related to the full order-to-cash cycle, the accounts receivable and collection processes, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition in compliance with IFRS 15Accounts Receivable and Revenue. They will possess excellent attention to detail, proven problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Build relationships with and provide excellent customer service to the business unit(s)
  • Completing the month-end and quarter-end close processes, by examining results, preparing journal entries and detailed balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting for senior management
  • Tracking & examining deferred maintenance, hardware, software, and revenue streams
  • Preparing information requests and responding to questions during quarterly reviews and the annual audit
  • Special projects & ad hoc reporting as required


Requirements:

  • Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in financial analysis roles, accounting roles, or relevant experience
  • Completion of or working toward a professional accounting designation (CPA)
  • Excellent proficiency in financial modeling
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Salary range : $50,000 to $55,000
