Wells Fargo is seeking a Lending Operations Senior Manager to lead several functions within Auto’s Specialty Operations. This leader will be lead several high-risk functions within Specialty Operations which may include, Repo Operations, Reinstatements, Impounds Process, and Vendor Management and Support. In addition, this leader will drive to meet or exceed all established SLAs., execute on continuous process improvement and proactively mitigate risk. Will engage in and develop high employee engagement and morale, identify, and develop future leaders and manage a large size team. In this role, you will:
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of management or leadership experience
