About the Role

Responsible to ensure IT related demand commodities, i.e., outsourcing (local and intercompany), infrastructure, annual maintenances, software licenses, etc), in relation to project and IT BAU, are planned, budgeted, and executed efficiently in timely manner. This role requires a balance expertise in IT related commodities with strong financial acumen. Reports directly to Head of IT Strategy & Planning and works closely with Finance team.

• Response to any incoming IT related demand commodities in timely manner.
• Oversee and monitor IT related demand commodities to assure that is well managed, executed, on-track and adequate against the planning and budgeting.
• Develop and implement programs, policies, procedures, and methods to establish, maintain and improve the standards of IT Demand services and operations.
• Conduct a wide range of control and analyses to ensure relevant services and processes of IT related demand commodities meet specified planned budget.
• Operate the IT demand process ensuring the information are recorded and sufficient for the planning and budgeting.
• Liaise with all parties to ensure information, risks and issues are issued in a timely manner to be reviewed prior to planning and governance meetings.
• Conduct governance meetings, to facilitate and manage of the resolution of risks, issues, and conflicts within the IT related demand area, as well as create action plan and monitor as necessary.
• Work with IT Finance, Procurement and Finance Budget Control team in relation to IT related demand commodities.
• Assists to resolve the IT related demand audit finding, to capture the improvement on the IT related demand processes.
• Implement and use tool/system to maintain end to end data, as well as reporting tools to deliver timely and accurate reports.
• Conduct a satisfaction survey to the stakeholders, to get the feedback for improvement. Notify supplier of award.
