Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously tracking the progress of deliverables to maintain momentum and quality. The position demands effective communication with various stakeholders to align expectations, address challenges promptly, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving project needs and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead coordination efforts to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run.
- Strong capability in stakeholder communication and expectation management.
- Experience in defining project scope and monitoring execution of deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Skilled in risk identification and mitigation within project environments.
- Competence in facilitating team collaboration and driving consensus among diverse groups.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- SAP experience is mandatory.
