As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting high volume recruitment and fulfillment for positions for our Operations department. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
2 years recruitment experience in a multinational and fast-paced organization.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
Conduct screening calls and assessments.
Actively participate in the interviewing process.
Provide well structured feedback.
Create and extend offer letters.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Excellent computer literacy.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English - C1.
