Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that enhance product functionality and performance. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software development process aligns with best practices and industry standards, while also mentoring junior team members to foster their growth and development in the field.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Lead the design and implementation of software solutions that meet client specifications and enhance user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with system integration and configuration management.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
