Senior support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically not routine. Compliantly provides support to cardiovascular and metabolism sales team. Conducts sales and related sales support activities for all products and applications. Provides prospective customers with all the information they need to make a well-informed decision about products and services. Attends trade shows and other industry events to stay apprised of the most recent information.
Helps interpret sales data for assigned Cardiovascular & Metabolism products within a specific geographic area.
Expands and applies enhanced understanding of customer organizations and networks and of diverse influences that affect customer decisions.
Communicates with other sales representatives around common objectives to coordinate selling efforts.
Helps generate key customer insights/trends for colleagues and stakeholders.
Responds to inquiries from newly converted customers, and provides support to medical personnel and other key stakeholders.
Operates and enhances use of available technologies, marketing assets and channels to facilitate sales calls.
Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
