Job Description

Are you an experienced Portfolio Manager passionate about driving sales and building robust partnerships? We are actively seeking a talented individual to join our team in the role of Portfolio Manager in our Incubation Program. Incubation is composed of highly focused group of Portfolio Managers, Project Manager, Trainers and Implementation Manager who collectively receive, support and support revenue growth of the new partners for a span of 18-24 months.

As a key player in our organization, you'll play a crucial role in cultivating and expanding relationships with third-party sales clients, ensuring their success, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:
Drive new merchant sales and revenue through proactive engagement with third-party sales clients.
Conduct regular on-site partner meetings within your assigned region (20% travel) to deepen understanding of clients' organizations, culture, and performance.
Train clients on processes, procedures, products, and services through various channels, including phone calls, web-based training sessions, and in-person visits.
Utilize a CRM to effectively manage and track client relationships.
Train clients on pricing programs, conduct detailed statement analysis, and guide them through the sales process.
Provide ongoing sales expansion and marketing assistance to clients.
Maintain open lines of communication with clients to ensure a seamless and collaborative partnership.
Participate in weekly calls with Partner, Business Enablement, and Project Management teams to review successes, provide feedback, and address outstanding questions.
Ensure portfolio performance growth, contributing significantly to overall business expansion.
Collaborate with internal teams to review channel projects and initiatives for new products, pricing actions, and changes coming to the channel.
Manage partner certification requests, follow through on solution engineer assignments, and assist with certification testing.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager, preferably in the payment processing industry.
Strong knowledge of credit card transactions, statement analysis, and pricing models/proposals.
Demonstrated success in driving sales and leading teams to achieve sales goals.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with all levels of a sales organization.
Ability to manage multiple clients effectively and provide hands-on support through the sales process.
Quick learner with the ability to understand and convey messaging for new products and solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including creating formulas, analyzing data, and using pivot tables and V-lookups.
Strong presentation skills with mastery in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Previous success in business development and revenue growth.

The role is posted as remote; however, candidates who are located near any one of our locations would be required to work on site at least three days per week.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically six to eight years of relevant experience

- Thorough knowledge of all organization products and operations
- Demonstrated sales and marketing skills and abilities

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $83,810.00 - $98,600.00 - $108,460.00
