We are seeking a creative and versatile Instructional Designer to join our internal IT group. In this role, you will create engaging PowerPoint presentations, lead training sessions, produce short-form video content, and manage content on our internal corporate social media platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training Content Development and Delivery

• Assist with developing and delivering segmented training content to RSM employees across all line of business operations.
• Create and maintain learning content for RSM IT enterprise tool trainings, new hire training, and IT support global orientation materials.
• Provide enterprise application training for specific line-of-business needs.
• Develop and design PowerPoint presentations for various training needs.
• Lead and facilitate training sessions for internal teams.
• Create short-form video content to support learning initiatives.
• Manage and curate content for our internal corporate social media channels.

Effectiveness and Improvement Analysis

• Assist with training adoption metrics to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and continuously improve strategies.
• Collect and analyze feedback from employee DEX experience surveys and communicate findings and actionable initiatives to leadership.
• Assist with training adoption metrics to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and continuously improve strategies.

Collaboration and Alignment

Collaborate with IT and line-of-business stakeholders to align insights and content with organizational goals

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in technical area or equivalent experience/certification(s).

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• 2+ years of experience in a training content creation and delivery role.
• Excellent communication and content development skills to translate complex information into clear, consumable content.
• Strong skills with employee IT experience sentiment gathering.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
• Experience delivering training or knowledge materials that drive sustainability.
• Familiarity with social media content management.

EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years relevant experience
• Experience with platforms used to manage and deliver training content
