The Director of A&E Product Management will lead a team of PdM’s that are responsible for the strategy, roadmap, feature definition, go-to-market strategies, and launch of Motorola Solutions A&E portfolio.
The PdM organization works closely with the Devices PdM’s to define requirements necessary for device support as well as drives requirements to grow the A&E business and meet customer needs. The PdM team is the organization that is responsible for the ‘why’, ‘what’, ‘where’, and ‘when’ of the product that the development team will build.
Qualifications:
10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years of Product Management experience
5+ years leading a team
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing
MBA a plus
International experience is a plus
