We are now looking for a Senior Distribution Manager – UK &I.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build focus and win mindshare with Sales, Support and Management teams to drive agreed business growth metrics. Ensuring all stakeholders are fully engaged and bought into our business potential and vision.

  • Support distributor sales teams to develop new opportunities via their partner base in a coordinated effort with our end user organization, to win large enterprise customer business.

  • Regularly provide sales and product enablement training to distributor sales teams, and their partners, to support new business and opportunity growth.

  • Work closely with internal and distributor operations teams to ensure all reporting, forecasting, and stocking requirements are met as required.

  • Hold QBR’s with key stakeholders to review KPI’s and subsequently implement continuous business improvement planning.

  • Support Marketing activities to drive lead generation activities with distributor and reseller partners.

  • This role requires consistent travel and you will be onsite with our Distributors, partners & at joint events 50% to 60% of the time.

 

What we need to see

  • 10+ years experience of exceeding sales targets in IT Hardware / Software Channel business required.

  • University degree or above, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong communication skills. The ability to make presentations is essential , so we need a confident, articulate and professional public speaker.
