Keystone Autism Services is seeking a Job Developer (Job Coach) to join our team in making a positive difference in the lives of the individuals we support.

Responsibilities Include:

• Network, develop and promote career-building opportunities for adults living with autism
• Assist in the development of customized employment for individuals receiving services
• Evaluate the skills of the individuals through the use of assessments as it relates to employment
• Plan and organize job search skills workshops and assist individuals with job search activities, mock interviews, resume preparation, completing job applications, and other skills as needed.
• Support individuals on job sites
• Provide evaluation and mediation between employer and employee post job placement; Assists in addressing any job related concerns
• Complete daily documentation as required

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field
• Minimum of one year job development and placement or related experience
• Valid driver’s license and daily access to a properly insured vehicle
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
